ABRO EPOXY 5-min 30ml

Description:
two-component epoxy adhesive in a syringe.

Scope of application:
Designed for bonding metal, fiberglass, glass, concrete, wood, ceramics, stone, porcelain, rubber and most plastics.

Properties:
• creates a super strong joint - shear force of 182 kg / cm2;
• used as chemical welding;
• easy to use due to convenient and uniform dosing;
• does not shrink, does not expand upon curing;
• instant setting in 5 minutes;
• the glued product can be polished, drilled, painted;
• has high resistance to water, detergents and most solvents;
• fills voids and cracks, restores the shape and volume of the product;
• spatula for mixing glue components in the kit.

Clean and dry the area to be bonded. For a better finish, roughen the surface.
Remove the plastic blade between the pistons. Holding the syringe with its nose up, pull the piston back slightly so that the air bubbles rise.
Break off the tip, use it later as a cap.
Release excess air. Squeeze the same amount of hardener and resin into a plastic mixing container on the front of the package or on any other surface. Wring the piston back, wipe the tips and close the syringe.
Mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
Put structure on the stuck together surfaces and slightly press. Curing occurs 5 minutes after application, the use of glued things is possible in 15 minutes. Full bond strength is achieved after 1 hour.
At low temperatures, the pour time increases. It is not recommended to use at temperatures above 93˚С. Not applicable for bonding polypropylene and polyethylene.
